Grier McFarland is unique and rare – a Native Born Floridian,
A sales professional with over 30 years experience in negotiation and presentation. Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR in Vero Beach, Grier opened and operated four learning center franchises in Dade and Broward Counties, and for over 20 years successfully changed the lives of thousands of children who needed remediation in reading comprehension and math.
Grier also has vast experience in the radio and television industry having served in sales management positions and earned the status of top producing television account executive for NBC Television in Dade and Broward Counties.
In 2000, Grier and her husband relocated to Vero Beach where she became active in the Community Committee and the Chairman's Club of the Vero Beach Museum of Art and the Friends Committee of The Riverside Theater. She has also served on the boards of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Indian River Literary Society.
Grier currently is on the board of directors of her Seagrove community homeowner association.
An avid genealogist, Grier is a member of the International Society of Genetic Genealogy and administers three family name DNA projects online. She enjoys golf when she finds the time.
Grier and her husband live on the Barrier Island with their third Giant Schnauzer, George and their Blue and Gold Macaw, Paddy Macaw.
